Treatment Policy: Dermal Fillers, Consent & Patient Safety

At L1P Clinic, all treatments are performed as medical procedures with full assessment, clinical judgement, and informed consent.

Results & Expectations

Treatment outcomes vary depending on individual factors such as anatomy, healing response, and lifestyle. While we aim for optimal results, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed

Follow-Up & Additional Treatments

A follow-up may be offered to review results.
Any additional treatments (including top-ups or adjustments) are not included in the initial fee unless stated and will be charged separately.

Risks & Complications

All aesthetic procedures carry risks.

Common: swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness
Less common: asymmetry, lumps, migration, infection
Rare: vascular complications, tissue damage, vision-related issues

These risks are discussed prior to treatment.

Dissolving & Revisions

If dermal filler requires dissolving (e.g. due to complications or aesthetic concerns), this is treated as a separate procedure and is chargeable.

Any revision or corrective treatments are also charged separately.

COVID-19 & Patient Safety

While strict safety measures are in place, patients acknowledge that:

• There remains a risk of exposure to COVID-19
• COVID-19 may cause serious health complications
• Transmission may occur even without symptoms

Patients must follow all clinic safety protocols and provide accurate health information.

The Clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where necessary for safety.

Additional Considerations

• Viral illnesses (including COVID-19) may increase the risk of delayed reactions to dermal fillers
• All treatments (including botulinum toxin and skin procedures) carry potential side effects and risks

Data Protection

All patient information is kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with data protection regulations.

By proceeding with treatment, patients confirm that they:
